Restaurant and Food in Paris, La Gare

It has been a long time since I upload something on this blog. I am very sorry about that. It is not like I do not want to post, but I am very busy with life.

Here, I left Japan and ended up in Paris. Going to be here for a while.

I will be uploading more of food in Paris and also what I will cook here. I have oven here, so I will be cooking more food!!! HAHAHA

Hello everyone! Long time no see I suppose. I have not been writing any thing lately because I do not have that much time to write or do anything. 

Last week, I went to this nice Italian restaurant with my wonderful co-worker. The place is called 

LA STARGIONE 

or 

ラ　スタジオーネ in Japanese.

The meal was for 2 people 

I had wine and some other drinks as well. 

This is mixed appetizer between seafood and meat. Great taste!

My friend brought me to this awesome restaurant in Kawasaki. I have never thought that I will be able to eat Yukke (raw beef) once again in my life because it has been banned from Japan for quite a while now.

Went to this place yesterday (11.20.2014) If you want to eat a good, decent Shabu with A4 Black fur beef, you can try this place out. This place has its name out among foreigners and Japanese as well. For dinner, there are approximately 4 sets to choose from (normal beef, pork, mixed, A4 black fur beef) The set will come with veggies, main meat, salad, noodle / rice / udon, and dessert. The service here at this place is arguably great because they are serving right in front of you. The waiters can also communicate in multiple languages (Chinese, Thai, English).

It is right at the Ginza core on B2. You can pay a visit if you want to eat something in Ginza for dinner! What I had was the Black fur beef set.

A mid-range price with high quality Sushi where you have to actually wait a little bit over an hour to get in is where you want to pay a visit and taste its Sushi. This place is widely famous among Japanese people and people around the globe.

I do not remember the name of the fish I have ordered anymore but I will try to listed out what I have eaten in the picture below. This place worth your wait for hour!!!!   

Regular main set with all the great-ranked sushi cost you 2000 yen (approximately 8 bites) 1 bite of sushi if you separately order will be ranged from 200-600 yen a piece. 

Mine cost around 6xxx for everything.  (11.19.2014)

- FOOD Restaurant PORN 4 - Rokkasen (六歌仙)

I would say that this place is one of the best Beef place I have ever eat in Japan. 

It has the beef ranked from the A4 to A5 and Matsusaka beef as well. The course I ate this time was the Fuji course (12xxxyen) with all you can eat A5 special beef. The menu will be as follow in the link

This place also provide All you can eat crab and Bubble Fish (fuku) as well. 
This place has no last order preference for you, so you can keep ordering the meat until last minute. The only last order that they will come to ask you is the rice and noodle types (which you will not really want to order them much since it will filled you so fast) 
Salad, beef, chicken, seafood, pork have no last order.  

1 hour and 30 mins of joy (oil) .... Great place to go if you want to celebrate something! 
My recommendation is that you can just eat the beef... and beef... and Crab.. until you finish it. This place is famous for its meat anyway.. OH! Kimchi is great as well. (11.18.2014)

- FOOD Restaurant PORN 3 - Yasube Tsukemen (やすべえつけめん)

When you ask about what kind of Ramen there are in Japan, you can probably listed down to around 10 or more different types especially if you drill down to each prefecture. Most of the types are Shoyu(soy sauce), Salt, Tonkotsu(pork soup) and Miso. These four you can find mostly in almost every store here. Another type is the ramen with soup and ramen without soup (the dipping noodle into special sauce and eat from it) or Tsukemen. The one I will be introducing you today is Tsukemen or the dipping noodle kind.

Yasube Tsukemen Specialist （やすべえつけめん）

This restaurant is chain stores and you can find them in most main stations. What good about this place is the sweetness in the soup, the volume of the noodle you can get (440g at most) and the price which is the same to all 3 volume types (normal 220g, mid 330g, or double 440g).

I also have the MAX spiciness as you can see the soup is totally bright red. The topping I had was the 4 meats (syashuu) on the left side of the bowl. Those cost 330yen…. Which I think that it is quite a bit expensive, but worth it.

Most of the time this store will be pretty packed of people especially the peak time (dinner and lunch). The store close around midnight so you do not need to worry about hungry at the late night. I will warn you though… if you order the double noodle 440g one.. Be ready for the volume of it. (I ordered the mid one)

ラ・ボエム クアリタ 渋谷（LA BOHEME QUALITA）

Locate in Shibuya (near Loft)

I came to this restaurant quite a few times already. The food here is absolutely fabulous along with the luxury / foreign style restaurant. The good thing is, it is not that pricy! You do not really need to book as well. Sometimes you might need though. If you are going to eat around 8pm, then booking might be better! This restaurant has 2 floors, the B1 is probably best for dating or bringing your love one here for dinner.

This is suppose to be in the Food porn section,  but I think I should make a new category for this special topic because the content will be about the restaurant I visited in Japan.

Today, I will introduce you one of the most high class and well-known Yakiniku (grill meat) restaurant in Tokyo. Almost all Tokyo Towner know this place.

I went here with my student I used to teach him during my tough college year.

It is not cheap…. At all…

The good side about this is that IT IS VERY DELICIOUS! One full meal with the mid-range menu will cost around 20000 yen at least (for 2 guys in this case) The customer service is high-class as well. You will be surprise on how good the place is.
