Did not have a chance to upload it. Got the
fish and meat both half price. The dish took me around 45 mins to finish
(including marinating the beef) One great combination of Fish and Beef.
昨日の晩御飯です。肉と魚は両方とも半額だったので買いました。肉の方は半分だけ使いましたので、また今度他のものを作ります。魚と肉コンビはなかなか美味しかったです。特にキノコの方は魚と一緒に焼いたので、お味はバッチリ！ブロコリーは肉と一緒にでした！

Alright this meal is a little tricky. It include some marinated time on the meat. Once again, this is just trial and error. No big deal.
What I used today was
Half priced Beef,
Fish which I believed it call Oosagi (no idea really)
Broccoli
Mushroom
and Garlic
Prepare the Veggies first.
In here, I used white wine, salt, pepper, garlic powder to marinate.
While waiting for the beef to marinate, let's cook the other things. Cook the mushroom in the oil. I really like mushroom fully cooked and almost burn because the smell is just too awesome.
Of course, why not just add fish into it so the fish can get the smell too. On the fish, I added basil powder and some paprika powder.
Keep cooking until the fish is cooked and the mushroom is cooked enough
Reused the same oil from the fish. Should be enough though.
Here you go. This, you should get the great amount of smell from the mushroom because the mushroom smells awesome!
