こんにちは(Konnichiha) everyone.
HAPPY FRIDAY
My week has been like a rollercoaster… Too
many good and bad events occur in my life.
Put all that aside. Forget all the sadness
and here is the food I cooked for my own lunch box yesterday. Food always makes
you happy! (most of the time! If you are not eating something that you are
allergic of or hate)
BITTER MELON STIR FRIED, MY STYLE! (私のスタイルのゴーヤ炒め)
Ingredients:
Eggs
Bitter Melon
Meat (can be minced meat as well)
Garlic
Chili
Spices (I used fish sauce and sugar as the
main spice)
Today might be a bit special. I will give
you my own template for Stir fry type of dish that you can make some twist with
it.
I will call it, Napol Stir Fried Template
Here are the steps
1.
Heat up the pan, add oil, get
your garlic/chili/slice onions down (for chili, if you start to cook it in this
process, your dish will be spicier. Also the spiciness is higher if you
break/crush the chili)
2.
Cook the meat until it looks
cook or almost cook.
3.
Add in the veggies of your
choice
4.
Add Spices
5.
Stir fry it until everything
looks nice and cook. This process is totally depending on your preference.
Could be fast, or could be really slow. Some veggies does not require longer
cook, some does. Choose wisely.
6.
DONE!
Alright, let’s start with this dish. Follow
the Napol template above (I feel really weird typing out my name hahahah)
Prepare the veggies,
Get the garlic and chili down then add in
meat.
Add eggs. I pull everything aside and cook
just eggs because I do not like everything mixed in eggs.
When the egg is cook enough, add in bitter
melon and spice it up.
DONE!
This dish is for my bento and also my
dinner. Yey!
