Oily Salmon Steak!
Ingredient:
Salmon, square cut
Onion
Lemon
Spices:
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Salt
Sauce:
Japanese vinegar (mirin)
Shoyu (soy sauce)
Sake (japanese sake)
Here is how to cook.
Cut the salmon first into square piece
Mix the spices together
Just cover the spices on top of previously cut salmon
Sorry that I do not have the pic while cooking it. Basically, in the cooking pan, use the mid-high heat with vegetable oil, then cook each side of the salmon around 3-4 sec each side (you will have the inside uncooked. Prepare the onion by slicing it and cool it down in the fridge. Then, after you finish cooking the salmon, mix the sake, vinigar, shoyu together in the pan (you will have the oil after cooking the salmon left). Stir them for a while and let it simmer.
Sprinkle lemon on the fish to add some taste to it!
FINISH!
