On Saturday, I have these veggies left over
from the evening. Then I decided to cook something out of it for the day.
SO!
The menu today will be very simple
RAW CREAMY PASTA FEAT. IKURA
Here is the basic ingredients for it..
Peas
Carrot (these are all left over from
Friday)
Raw
Pasta
Ikura
Eggs 3
Cheese
So, to get start on this is basically chop
all your veggies to the size that you want it to.
Then prepare the sauce by using 2 full eggs
and just 1 for red area only. Leave the yolk away. Mix those together with
cheese, pepper, and salt.
Start heating up the pan and cook the
veggies.
Boil up the pasta and then mix everything
together in the end.
Let the pan to cool out before put in
sauce. Else it will be too hot and the sauce will cooked. (well duh, they are
raw eggs)
Topped everything with Ikura.
DONE!!!!
