I know you are wondering why I have not
been posting anything for a while.. It is because….THIS DISH!
GREEN CURRY!
Oh god…With just one pack of spice, I could
make like 1 week worth of curry hahahaha!
It would be great if I can leave it for
more than 3 days but I cannot because it contains coconut milk.. Expiration
date is around 3 days max.
So!
Here is the How-to!!
I choose these veggies because I want to
eat them. You can change it to something else as well.
Ingredients
Spice pack (any works)
Eggplant
Broccoli
Chicken
Coconut milk
Paprika
(Would be great if you have basil)
First of all, pill off the skin of eggplant
because the color will not look good in the curry. The rest of the veggies,
just cut normally.
Cook coconut milk with the spice for a
while until you can start seeing the color changed then put in the chicken to
mix with it.
Add all the rest of veggies but paprika
Then add water.
HERE IS THE WARNING!
Add not too much water. Because if it is
too watery, your curry will just become soup… literally. ( I have failed this
many times )
Then you put in paprika in the end. Why? Because
if you put paprika early, it will lose its hardness and it won’t look good! Spice
the curry with fish sauce and sugar if needed
Eat with warm Rice! It would be better if
you eat it with fried egg too!
