Got home today and was thinking about what to make for today's dinner. Then, because I have this ginger in my fridge, so why not make a good use of it right? ahah.. I kinda fail making this last time because I had too much water, but I got the way to cook it now. My secret receipt of my family! Fried Ginger Chicken. Now, I got it right. totally.

So, as I said before, the menu today is!!!!
FRIED GINGER CHICKEN!!!!
A very very very easy dish for almost everyone..The only thing that you need to care about for this dish is the fish sauce... just that I guess? or.. how to cut veggies...
Ingredients,
Ginger
Chicken (this can be any meat as well, pork or beef works, but chicken taste the best)
garlic
Here are the steps,
Cut ginger and smash the garlic.
The trick to this menu lies here.
You have to cook the ginger and garlic with VERY LOW HEAT until the ginger is dry.
What I meant by dry, it means that the ginger will not give out any water anymore. It looks like it is completely out of water.
Then you can start adding in the chicken.
Fried them all together. Control your heat, heat up or lower it down is totally up to you.
I spice it with soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, and basil powder
Keep string it until the chicken is completely cook.
DONE!!!!
The ginger will not taste spicy at all. It will just be as crispy / tasty.
However, the total smell will still be ginger though!
