Today's dinner is really easy. Just have
some left over veggies from yesterday and just cook them all together with
1.5mil pasta. Thai style I believe? Fish sauce based.

Very easy dish with the leftover vegetable from
yesterday.
Took me a while to choose the meat though. Because
there were couple of things that down to half price. This chicken was enough
for me.. not too much

VEGETARIAN-ISH CHICKEN PASTA
Basically,
Ingredients:
Just the veggies that you want to put, mine
has
Peas
Carrot
Onion
Garlic
Asparagus
Cucumber
Small leek
Fish sauce and Oyster sauce
Chili
Chicken (half price of course)
Pasta (I used the 1.5 mil one)
Firstly, cut all the veggies and leave it
for now
I used the leftover oil from yesterday fish
(was olive oil). Start with garlic then chicken. Let the chicken cook for a
while then add in the rest of the veggies. Keep cooking it
I took these 3 photos because I want to
show you that. You just have to keep string it over and over until it looks
good. In this process, I add fish sauce, Oyster sauce, and pepper.
You can start boiling the pasta now, which
should takes about 5 mins. The veggies should be soft and nice looking enough
right at the time when the pasta is cooked.
Then, just mix them all up.
DONE!
This is really easy dish and it turned out
pretty good.
