Got home a bit early today and was thinking
about what I should make for dinner. Went to the supermarket and found out that
my dinner choice was all based on the meat. So I went to check the meat section
and got this half price cod fish. SO! The dinner will based on that. I do not
know what this dish call, so I will name it, Cod on the Red Beach! First time
making this but it tasted wonderful!

One of the first-time making and a little
bit looking like some grand menu out of some restaurant. (At least that is what
I think ahaha) I created this meal out of randomness!
The ingredients and everything in the dish
is basically out of imagination which I think they should fit in the meal.
I have developed a way to choose my dinner
which start from the cheapest possible kind of meat on the shelves in the
supermarket near my place. From there, I started to look through the rest of
the veggies that could fit with the meat. It could be chicken, fish, pork, or
beef. Of course, veggies are more expensive in this case, but I only use a few
of them. I can keep those veggies for other meals as well. (After this dinner, I
think I will have enough veggies for about 2 days or so.)
*Oh and I do not know if that is actual cod
or not, just I think that it looks like it XDDD!!! Spare me for names

COD ON THE RED BEACH
Ingredients’
Cod fish (half price)
Carrot
Cucumber
Peas
Chili
Onions
Garlic
Red Wine
Asparagus
Before going into the how-to, here is the
wine for today!!!! 2011
Quite bit and sweet at the same time. Great
for tasting!
Start off with cutting all the veggies into
pieces that you think they look nice.
I fried out the onions first. For this, I
cut it very thin because I only want it to be crisped. Fry this onion alone and
leave it aside. Then you can start cooking the veggies
For the veggies, I add salt and white wine into
it just for spicing.
While I am working with the veggies,
prepare the fish. Use a very low heat in this case. I use olive oil for it.
Prepare the plate with olive oil and red
wine (I don’t even know why I put red wine in it loll)
Then put the cooked veggies in the plate. Anddd
top it with the fish then the onions..
DONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I really love how this turn out because it
just taste really awesome.
