FOODPORN - 49 - Strawberry x Honey Sauce with Baked Salmon

For lunch today I made this dish from the last piece of Salmon. 


This sauce is the mixture of balsamic vinegar, honey, and of course, strawberry!  The taste of sweet and sour from the sauce clashes with salty and greasy salmon! The wonderful all-around taste it is!!! 
Here is how to do!!!

Ingredients:
Salmon
Salt
Pepper

Sauce:
Strawberry
Water
Honey
Balsamic vinegar

A REALLY NICE AND TASTY STRAWBERRY!!!!!!! It is the strawberry season in France, so!!! it taste good!!!!!!!


Cut it into smaller pieces 


Here is the piece of salmon that I will use today


Start by mixing balsamic vinegar and water at the same portion. Add in strawberry while at it. 
Do not use all the strawberry because you can use the rest as decoration.


Stir them together for a while until the smell is great enough

Add in honey with the same portion as water and balsamic vinegar, then continue mixing it. After the sauce looks sticky enough, let it cool down for a bit. 


After the sauce is cool down, use mixture to small down strawberry. Then wait until the fish is finish cooking.


Add some olive oil on the baking pan. Cover it with salt and grind-pepper. you can add a bit more salt since the sauce is very sweet. 


Cook in the oven at 200c for 15-20 mins depending on the size of your salmon
