FOODPORN - 52 - Roast Beef Version Up

This time I decided to create my own spices out of everything I own in my house. 
The beef block I bought last time was so much that I can make so many things out of it.

For today's dish, I utilized my knowledge from many meals that I used oven. 

Also! I made my own style of gravy sauce too! 

Now! Hope you like it!!!!

Ingredients: 
Beef block
Olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Thyme
Basil
Oregano

Sauce:
Red wine
Beef stock


Firstly prepare the meat that you want to make 


Mix in Olive oil, basil, thyme, oregano, and black pepper together throughly


Apply them at every side of the meat. and add in Salt on top of it. Make sure that the spices stick to the meat. Then let the meat sit in for around 30-1 hour
After that, preheat the oven at 200c.
Roast it for 45-50 mins at 200c and another 20 mins at 150c 

After you take the meat out of the oven, use the foil paper to warp around the meat and let it sit for 15-20 mins. 


While we are waiting to let this meat sit, we can start with the sauce. 
You will find many left over ingredients on your baked pan (the one that you used to roast)
I used this the fry them on the frying pan, and add in red wine and beef stock. If you do not want red wine, just add more stock. mix them together until the sauce looks great, you may add pinch of salt if you want. 

Finish!!!!!
