FOOD PORN - 10 - Red Curry

Good Evening everyone!!!

This post will mark my 10th post for this FOOD PORN section.

I can literally say that this blog is more like food blog other than blog about Japan, but well! I will try to write something about the working environment here sometimes!

The menu today is

RED CURRY DELICIOUSNESS 3 TIMES! (レッドカレー美味しさ3倍!)

I wish you understand what is that 3 times mean. No Hint!

I specially like this dish because I can literally finish everything even if it is just myself. The sauce (the curry itself) is the best thing ever. I have cooked this for couple of my friends in the past and everyone carve for more and more of the curry.

The taste of this dish is specially complicated. Because it ranged from Spicy, salty, and sweets!

The sweetness is what makes everyone want to have more of it I am pretty sure.

SO! LETS GET TO IT!

Ingredients:
Pork (This is on sale so F yea!)
Red curry paste
Coconut milk
Paprika
Green Bell Pepper
Some garlic
Spices , fish sauce, sugar

First, just cut the pork into pieces and then throw in the pan and cook it with red curry paste.





Then you add in coconut milk. Cook that until the pork looks cooked enough.





Throw in the paprika and spice it with sugar and fish sauce. DO IT LITTLE by LITTLE





The ended taste should taste pretty sweet but not too sweet.

Serve with hot rice.




DONE!!

I am sure that by the end of that day, you will not have any leftover because it is THAT delicious!

    1. Thank you very much for the comment. I do think so as well haha. I think because of the green curry I put a bit too much water into it. It should be a bit more creamy and I lacked basil leaves too. I will do the better one again once I have the green curry paste!
