Just a fast recognition of something I have seen today and some other day.

Working at the service sector in Japan is not something easy. Japanese people hold the customer service at the highest degree. So, basically everything they do will probably be at their best to serve people (because of the society tends to force them to act that way, therefore everyone in the company will do the same thing. Not to only count the countless varieties of polite form of speech, whatever Japanese you learn from Japanese class will probably not really that useful once you goes to shop in Japanese stores because almost every word will be in super polite form.

Service sector might be one of many that has different ways of saying things, other sectors such as business side also has similar but different ways as well.

Many ways of saying here in Japan might confuse you out, but if you are used to it, they are not too difficult to understand.
